xx66 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "xx66" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to xx66.bar and its operating entity, including all subsidiaries, affiliates, and service partners involved in delivering the xx66 betting and casino experience.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the xx66 platform for any purpose including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on xx66.bar, associated with a unique username, verified mobile number or email address, and linked payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free bet awarded by xx66 to a player's account, which is subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the player via a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or linked bank account) that have not originated from a bonus award.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Settlement" means the process by which a bet or game round result is confirmed, the corresponding amount is credited or debited from the player's account balance, and the transaction is recorded in the account history.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to all time references within these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration on xx66.bar, ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable Bonus Terms, the xx66 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the xx66 terms document. Players who registered prior to this effective date are bound by the current version from the date of its publication. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an xx66 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of xx66 or its technology and payment partners.
• You have not previously had an xx66 account permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.

xx66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any point during a player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested by xx66 may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active xx66 account. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual — identified by matching name, date of birth, residential address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — xx66 will close the duplicate accounts and may permanently suspend the player from the platform.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your xx66 account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

xx66 will never request your password via email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from xx66 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify xx66 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made on your account, including those made while your account was compromised, until the point at which xx66 is formally notified of the suspected breach.
• xx66 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the xx66 support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact details associated with your xx66 account remain current. xx66 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of communications being sent to an outdated email address or mobile number registered on your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

xx66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's xx66 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (08:00–22:00 BST) are typically processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallets within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability.
• xx66 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fee imposed by the player's own payment provider is outside xx66's control and is the player's responsibility.
• xx66 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused until satisfactory documentation is received.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where xx66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xx66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts or through account re-registration constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are ringfenced from the player's real money balance. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered after the real money balance reaches zero.
• Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for xx66 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%; certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. • xx66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend an account where bonus abuse — including collusive play, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is identified.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on xx66, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the xx66 Sportsbook Rules document. The following general provisions apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Bets that do not reach this confirmation stage — due to network issues, session timeouts, or insufficient balance — are not considered accepted.
• xx66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. Players will be notified and the voided stake returned to their account balance.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rules. In general, if a match does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay between bet placement and confirmation. During this delay, odds may change. The odds at which the bet is confirmed — as shown on the confirmation screen — are the final odds for that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and event. xx66 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8 Casino Games

The xx66 casino game library — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — is provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted in real time.

• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game studio and is available for review within the game's information panel. xx66 does not modify RTP values from those published by the respective studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, any bet that was placed and confirmed before the disconnection will be settled according to the game's outcome once the round completes. xx66 is not responsible for losses incurred due to the player's internet connection failure.
• Game history records are maintained in your account for a minimum of 90 days. If you believe a game result was recorded incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the xx66 support team within 30 days of the relevant game round.
• xx66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to specific games for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or studio instruction. Players will be notified of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xx66 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false personal information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit bonus terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with live dealer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the xx66 platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Attempting to access or manipulate xx66's back-end systems, databases, payment infrastructure, or game servers.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to impersonate a different user identity.
• Facilitating gambling by or on behalf of a person who is under 21 years of age or who has self-excluded from the platform.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

xx66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the xx66 Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xx66 will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within five business days. Where an account is permanently closed for Terms violation, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations and disputed amounts will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

xx66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the xx66 Privacy Policy, which is published in full at xx66.bar/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

xx66 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared with payment providers, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to deliver the xx66 service and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

xx66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a full suite of player protection tools accessible from within every account. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion from the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any xx66 content without the prior written consent of xx66. Unauthorised use of xx66 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where xx66 has not been notified of the breach in a timely manner.
• Losses caused by technical failures, network interruptions, or server downtime that are beyond xx66's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or match data displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Any consequential loss arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall limit xx66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

xx66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method names) may be made without prior notice and will be effective upon publication on xx66.bar. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated whenever a new version is published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the xx66 operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising between a player and xx66 that cannot be resolved through the xx66 complaints procedure should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction.
